I had to submit a claim in order to get the advertised cashback for my transaction with Euroffice. This finally turned up as 'pending' and the claim was closed but the cashback due to me ineplicably then disappeared and was registered as 0.00. Meanwhile when I tried to place another order via Topcashback I was told that the cashback didn't apply to the items I needed. Don't believe that you will get cashback from this merchant unless you are very lucky.

So far not so good. Spend a lot of money with Euroffice and as yet have had nothing paid to me. First payout was declined because I had received a voucher in the tranaction. I am due £80 so we will see if I receive that!

Goods arrived quickly and good prices. Shame there is no loyalty. new customers get 20%. Existing get 10 or 15% on some items, rarely 20%. constant changing offers so you have to pick your time to order unless you are a new customer. Good prompt service.
