Tbc have been brillian, Euroffice have been poop. over £900 pounds in two order, over £100 cashback, both failed to track, and in both cases the retailer has ignored the claim. Smaller orders, made before and after these two have tracked and been paid, very disappointed with this company.

We have bought from this company before and are happy with the overall service. The cashback was tracked quickly, however, it has still to be confirmed and paid - a very slow process. Could do better!

cashback tracked quickly but at the WRONG amount, I was a business customer who hadnt ordered from them before expecting 18.18% cashback, instead I was paid just 7% and despite contacting TCB the issue has no been resolved..scam
