Their commission maybe slightly lower than some but as a long term user of TCB I can only say they are the most reliable and always confirm and pay exactly when they promise, which for TCB users I think should give them a 5 star rating. Some the other TCB suppliers could really take a lesson from Euroffice.

Transaction didn't track at all. Manual claim open for months, then declined with no reason given despite all order details and cookie information being given in manual claim submission.
Extremely dissatisfied. Have asked TopCashback to resubmit again and endeavour to obtain cashback or an actual reason for declining, otherwise will have to conclude that retailer is dishonourable and will not use again.

Transaction tracked next day. On top of that, extremely fast delivery through Fedex (9:10 am), cheaper prices than the competition, good packaging and a free and biodegradable Paper Mate pen. Also, you accrue points that you can exchange for chocolates, sweeties, or vouchers for Amazon, Asda, Thomas Cook and lots of other well known shops.

Have had no problems at all with this merchant. The only reason they didn't get five starts for customer service is that the price matching process is not very user friendly.

Excellent service - I use Euroffice for all our company's office supplies and have always found their service second to none - ultrafast delivery - great customer service and fantastic deals. Usually spend around £1500 a month with them and have done for the past 12 months... Their prices are VERY hard to beat.

I had to submit a missing cashback claim, which came through, quite quickly, at the expected sum. TopCashBack asked me to close the enquiry if I was satisfied with the outcome, so I did so. However, THE SUM REDUCED TO ZERO when it became payable, a few days later!
TopCashBack's "Help" recommends submitting a missing cashback claim when this happens but there was no longer a record of my visit to Euroffice on the relevant date, so I was unable to proceed.
Moral - ONLY CLOSE A MISSING CASHBACK CLAIM ONCE THE CASH HAS ACTUALLY BEEN PAID!!!

Terrible company to try and get cashback from. Bought twice fro them and on first occassion it took a cashback enquiry to get my money and the second they rejected after about 9 months with no reason.
Never buy from them again. Stick with Viking Direct. Cashback maybe lower but at least there is no problem getting it. Euroffice has lost a customer!
