Expedia always tracks and is payable, but recently the length of time it takes to become payable is extreme - at least 6 months it would seem now! Other competitors with similar/same cashbak rates pay quicker so only use if Expedia beat them and its a big value purchase.

Used twice first did not track did pay after months, second refused after months of sending information including proof of booking and payment they claim I did not stop with them. So clearly my bank lies? beware to top this on second stay I asked for a disabled access room when I got there they had not provided me with one I tried to do the stairs and fell, hotel would not move me to a better room that was disabled access because expedia only paid for their budget room yet it was not advertised as such just a single room. Worst experience ever would be too scared to book with them again either.

Used Expedia via Topcashback a couple of times now without problem, but this time after sending a monthly nudge via customer care it took a few months for the cash back to be paid. The Topcashback system works, and be prepared to wait. I would consider using Expedia again.

I don't seem to be as lucky as other as I have had to submit yet ANOTHER claim against Expedia and no doubt endure a long wait with multiple nudges AGAIN.

Expedia are a joke. I booked a trip to USA on 29th Dec 2013 and we're almost a year on and I have just been told (after a very lengthly TCB claim) that they find no mention of my transaction to offer almost £60 of cashback on. I went on my holiday in April this year with no issues! They just don't want to pay out. If you are booking thinking you get a good lump of cashback - buyer beware, you don't!

Took about 4 & half months to become payable and as it's essentially free money then i'm happy. you just need to exercise some patience with this retailer. a deserved 4 stars from me

Slow payment and didn't tack the activities i booked Its nearly 6 months since i took a trip that i booked through Expedia, as part of the trip i book activities that werent tracked with with the original. I logged the missed tacking claim and TCB have logged, re-logged, re-addded, re-checked the re-log. to some mysterious 'query log sheet' that some how keeps getting missed off......

I really wanted to be able to give Expedia a good review; after all, it's one of the leading brands in the travel industry. I have used this site to purchase flights and hotels previously and when I joined Topcashback and saw they were offering a very healthy cashback on flights and hotels I was delighted and after doing a little bit of comparison with other providers decided to make my purchase of almost £4000 with Expedia hoping to get in the region of £118 cashback. Sadly, as I write this I have now been waiting for 7 months for the TCB team to resolve my 'missing cashback claim' and the holiday is a distant memory. I will think twice about spending my cash with this company again.

Expedia really takes ages for pay outs. I had to wait almost four months for one batch of cashback to become payable. It's almost not worth it.

Disappointed with my latest transaction with them. I had never had problems with them before regarding cash back, but the latest one took a year to resolve and the result was: no cash back! They said they could not trace the sale. This is rubbish, Top Cash Back clearly had a record of me visiting the site. I'll probably not use it again in future.

Booking flights and hotels via Expedia was great but I had £48 cashback which initially tracked and then, for some reason was declined. I've opened a case with topcashback to try to get the cashback re-instated as there is no reason why it should be declined.

booked through this merchant back in march travelled in august and am still waiting for cashback to become payable will I ever get my cashback? been such a long wait don't really feel like its going to appear.

Purchased holiday in January 2014 to be taken September, cashback tracked ok then in August status changed to declined. Value of holiday was over £4000 with cashback expected around £150, claim has been lodged through topcashback customer service however this is taking an eternity to resolve. Holiday has now been taken. A second purchase taken in June has changed to confirmed, but again the payment is still outstanding some 4 month later. A third purchase for a lesser amount taken in July was payable within a very short time.

I have used this cashback deal through Expedia on multiple times and it has always been paid. It may take some time to pay, around three months, but they always pay. Rates seems to fluctuate and it would be lovely to get the hotel cashback and the flight cashback separately to take advantage of the increased cashback rate for hotels but at the end of the day, expedia is usually the cheapest anyway, so it's free money.

A good experience generally and would use again. However be aware it can take some time to get your cashback paid out. My Experience - Booked in early Feb - Confirmed 3 weeks after staying in Hotel in early April - Paid out last week of August. At a good cashback it was worth the wait but if you use you need to be patient

I have bought hotels with expedia because the promise of good cashback rate, but it didn't come thru on both occasions, i have to lodge missing cashback but it is still pending after 2 months.
