Tracking took place within hours of making 2 Bookings through Expedia. At the time there was an enhanced Cashback rate available which was useful. The actual Cashback was paid on the morning after I arrived at the Hotel. So has been a great experience all round!!

Used Expedia on a number of occasions for various things including hotels and car hire. On every single occasion the cashback hasn't been reported by the merchant and I've had to open a missing cashback claim. Topcashback usually sort it fairly quickly, but beware, my feeling is you have to be on the ball when dealing with Expedia.

Bought two hotels through Expedia now. The first was declined, and is in the process of being appealed. There was no explanation why. The second wasn't even tracked!

I booked a hotel(Review on Expedia Site)5th March 2013 didnt track, waited awhile then submitted claim. May £12.32 became confirmed and I worried that this would go to 0.00 I couldn't have been more wrong, 10th June £12.32+12 became payable. I'll use Expedia again as they were cheaper and they provide use info about transport etc near the hotel.

Poor. Cashback denied because I used a discount code. I dislike companies that do this but who don't make it clear that they will do this via Topcashback. Instead they leave the wishy washy Topcashback statement about possible cashback denial if a discount code is used to stand. If you're going to deny cashback because of a discount code then make that absolutely clear so that I can make an informed choice. As it is I won't be booking via Expedia again since it was only the cashback and discount code that made it competitive.

Cashback always tracks easlity but expedia can be hit and miss with their customer service. I alsohave also found that when there is an increased cashback offer for a particular service (e.g. hotel booking) this part of their website keeps crashing which I find somewhat fishy.

Tracked almost immediately and paid out relatively quickly. After recently cancelling a flight booked through Expedia, I was also v happy to find that their customer service hotline is easy to get through to, and helpful. Will be using again!

Expedia through Topcashback is always my first choice for any travel planning, never had any problems, even last time when the cashback did not track, they sorted things eventually (had to be patient though!). All good!

Be warned-I will never use them again.Been waiting for nearly 10 months and for some reason they are not paying nearly £100 cashback. Though thinking about it that probably is the reason!!-too much to give up. Being retired we do go off quite frequently but now using a different agency so they have shot themselves in the foot

Dissapointed in the customer service. Tried using the price garuntee Expedia have on matching package holidays. So called the customer services to arrange the deal. The representative apparently couldn't find the package holiday even though i have the web page on my pc screen. So all she said was we can't see your package holiday therefore can't price match.

It would have been £20 cheaper to book direct with hotel, however 10% discount voucher made Expedia cheaper. Would not accept discount code, spent 20 mins on phone to customer services in India, no help. Asked me to e-mail voucher to them which was the same address that voucher came from! Also e-mailed Director of Customer Services, 2 weeks later no acknowledgement from either and cashback still not tracked! Will not use again.

Used twice in January when hotel cashback was over 12% and they didn't track. I'm owed over £45 so I'm not happy. I really hope the claim comes through. First time I've been let down using TCB - typical it happens on a substantial amount.
