I made 4 separate bookings with Expedia between the beginning of January and the end of February 2014 and all holidays are well and truly over yet the nearly £60 I'm supposed to be getting back is still not payable. Come on Expedia get your finger out and give me the cash back you promised by advertising on the Topcashback website.

Cashback didn't track. I have had to lodge a complaint to obtain. I wouldn't mind but I spent £1375 on a trip and it's been ongoing since 25th May.

I booked my trip in December 2013. Went on the holiday in April 2014. It's now August 2014 and still no sign of my cashback. Highly disappointed with Expedia.

Very disappointing. Holiday booked and paid for in full in February. No cash back has reached the payable amount 24 weeks on. Lodged 2 support tickets, unhelpful in the regards that I was asked to wait longer for it to process. It is meant to averagely take 9 weeks, nearly at 3 times as long. Too long too wait!

I made a booking through expedia in early january 2014 for hotel accommodation in March 2014. Took 5 months and chasing by TCB to just have the cashback confirmed. To date (25 July) almost 7 months after making the booking, the cashback is still not payable. Very disappointing. Won't use Expedia again.

Cash-back tracked quickly for the flight bookings. But it has been in confirmed state for more than 10 weeks even though the average time for the payout is 8 weeks after confirmation. I'm not sure why is such a long delay.

Booked the holiday on 24 February and tracked fine. Took the holiday May, but am still waiting for the cashback of more than £88 to become payable. At the end of May it was still showing as pending, so when I chased it up I was told that it should become confirmed shortly as this wouldn't happen until after we had taken the holiday. It is now confirmed but I have been told to bear with them. It is now mid July and I am still waiting for the payment.

Why are Expedia sooooo slow to pay? I have transaction confirmed for Feb 2014 that are confirmed but still not payable. Poor service. :(

Initially my first cashback required me to lodge a complaint to obtain.. however once the issue was resolved I received the full amount and the next cashback through this site worked instantly!! Topcashback is a great website!

Used 3 times so far - good levels of cashback, but each time has failed to track and become payable only after submitting a missing cashback claim and a lengthy wait. I use TCB quite a lot and haven't had such a consistent problem with most other suppliers. However, they have always ultimately identified the transaction and paid up, so would use again, given the service and pricing is otherwise good.

So disappointed! I really like Expedia as a website, and have had cashback in the past from them, but recently cashback was declined as allegedly Expedia could not prove that the transaction came via TCB. I feel like TCB could have done more to chase this up, and in future will go directly to Expedia so the affiliate cannot benefit without passing on the cashback to me!

Clicked through to Expedia as they were offering 12.6% back on Hotels. 8 nights in Times Square isn't cheap. Lodged a claim as nothing appeared in my account. Currently waiting "a few weeks" for Topcashback to submit my claim as part of a larger "batch". So right now Expedia don't even have a clue I have a claim. I'll then have to wait "2-3 months" on a response. I realize you may say it's free money you wouldn't normally have received but it's the principle of the matter. I could quite easily have used another site or a voucher code directly, albeit maybe for less. Sort it out Topcashback!
