Yet again another unfulfilled promise of cashback from a merchant who repeatedly questions referrals and unsubstantiated claims of incorrect purchase practices to avoid keeping their side of the bargain. Forget the carrot of free excess cover which is obviously subsidised by unpaid cashback promises and use another retailer that offers cashback and purchase directly through them .

Cashback declined despite making 100% sure I followed the correct procedure. Never a problem with any other retailer. Sometimes have to open a case, but always resolved. Not GoCompare... Tried to say I used another referrer, which is simply not true. It would seem I'm not alone with this issue recently. Hopefully TopCashBack will remove them from their great site.

Purchased 2 seperate policies a couple of months apart by going through tcb - both cashback declined. Fuming as I could have got the same policies by going through topcashback compare but elected to use gocompare for a higher cashback amount. I'm around £80 down overall. DO NOT USE IF EXPECTING CASHBACK, you'll probably be declined despite following the steps to qualify. Misadvertising at its worst

Don't bother, its a con - Gocompare will decline. Raised a ticket with Topcashback with all the relevant proof of purchase and 4 months later Gocompare decline saying 'multiple referrals were detected and it cannot be verified that Topcashback were the last'. Going by the number of people who have had the same issue, I think that it is time for Topcashback to remove this supplier as they get a lot of custom, but the customer gets nothing.

Please read the reviews before buying from these liars. Never go with them as they will not pay you, the proof is in all the reviews. Topcashback team will do nothing except apologise. Its been a disaster chasing the cashback for more than an year. Avoid at all cost!!

Declined my cashback despite my transaction being eligible and done correctly. They waited the 90 days before declining then when I disputed it they came up with some nonsense excuse about their network not being able to verify the transaction even though it had tracked fine on TCB.

Don’t bother tracks when you don’t buy then as soon as you make a purchase it doesn’t track. I even screen recorded my full transaction but makes no difference they declined transaction and not interested in my proof of purchase through topcash back. Very disappointing

Bought car insurance from go compare more than 5 months ago. Tracked at zero then went to declined. The cashback team tried to help but sadly go compare wrangled out of paying. Will not use them again

I'm very careful when buying insurance due to the high value of cashback. This is the second time my cashback has failed with Compressor. I will not be basing any purchasing decision on included cashback going forward
