Still not received cashback after 6 months! I've sent several reminder messages to Top cashback Customer service but I've been told to just wait! Not sure why it is taking so long when other people to appear to have received cashback in a matter of weeks???

Useless, been claiming cashback for years so I know what I'm doing, Purchased through TopCashback and Esure in September 2021, claim was refused and so was the £250 excess offer, no reason given and customer service was useless, finally refused both cashback and excess in May 2022. the only reason I used GoCompare was for the excess offer which I didnt get, absolute rubbish

I am also approaching 3 months since I took out a valid policy with them, I am certain that come 100 days it will be declined like others, if that happens I will be reporting both companies to the ASA.

Waste of time! Has been showing "pending uplift" since November when I purchased the policy - did all the right things and cleared browsing history, etc - and now declined. Of course, it's now more than 100 days since I took out the policy so no chance of lodging a missing cashback claim. Avoid this company and go with somebody more trustworthy.
