	This 39 week wait is a joke and top cashback are lying when they say the payment should be payable 14 days after it had been comfirmed. My payment has been confirmed for weks now but is still not payable and i cant even put a suport ticket in until the 39 weeks have pased. I am sure top cashback are holding onto the cash

	Hi there, faster paying means that once your transaction has been confirmed, we would expect your transaction to become payable within 14 days after that. It can take a bit of time for a transaction with a merchant such as Go Compare to confirm due to validation periods that do need to pass, this is why we do provide a 39 week estimate which is based on how quickly we have received the cashback in the past. This is just an estimate though so it could take a little less time to validate your transaction and for the cashback to be passed forward. 	Absolute joke. Bought car insurance through them at the begining of October. Was originally listed as 3 weeks to recieve but is now showing as 39 weeks!! What the hell!! I should have checked the statistics at the bottom of the page which states that TCB last recieved a payment from them back in February 2016 for transactions in January. Will not be using them again.

	Hi there, sorry for any confusion caused, we used to run just quotes for this merchant which is why the 3 week estimate appeared, now that the cashback is offered on full policies we have now updated the estimate to reflect this so that you get a more realistic idea of when we expect to receive the cashback, this will take longer than the quotes I'm afraid. Due to the validation period that needs to pass for a transaction with this merchant to be confirmed, it can take that extra bit of time for your transaction to progress but as these are just estimates we provide, it may be that you are not waiting as long as this for the cashback. 	Hi there, I am sorry that this is longer than expected, due to the validation period that needs to pass before a transaction is confirmed, it can take that little bit more time for your cashback to be received. 	I see my experience with GoCompare is VERY COMMON - NO CASHBACK despite providing the policy number. Why does TCB continue to partner with a company that refuses to pay up? Before you buy with GoCompare read the reviews starting with 'Newest First' not the default 'Highest star rating'. The last decent rating was in May 2016. Since then only 1 star reviews.

	Beware! You will probably get a small amount of cash back for getting a quote, but BEWARE of buying a policy expecting around £27 cash back. In my case even though the click recorded and I provided the policy number GoCompare refused my claim and TCB were no help. Cashback sites are not a reliable way to reduce insurance cost - always get the lowest quote you can find, never buy expecting TCB to track.

	Estimated payable - 39 weeks. Ha-ha, my insurance will be up for renewal again before that. What an absolute joke, i definitely wont be using GoCompare again, TCB should cease being involved with this company due to all the poor reviews.

	See Below - GoCompare home insurance cashback has disappeared and now they have 'no record' of my transaction despite me having PROOF that I purchased. Avoid this absolute farce - if you just buy the insurance wihtout going through TCB it costs a bit less...so without the cashback you have been completely tripped off!

	Not happy with GoCompare cashback performance at all - 5 weeks estimate until payable, I'm 14 weeks and still waiting! And TopCashBack customer services have been no help at all - essentially, 'tough, you have to keep waiting'. The cashback did convince me to use GoCompare rather than other comparison sites, so all seems like a con now.

	DO NOT USE GOCOMPARE VIA TOPCASHBACK, THEY SAID MY HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE DID NOT TRACK WHEN IT DID BUT STILL REFUSED TO PAY OUT. CONTACTED TOPCASHBACK BUT THEY SAID THAT WAS THE OUTCOME , NOT VERY PLEASED AS THIS HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES NOW ON DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. NOT VERY PLEASED BE WARNED DO NOT USE GOCOMPARE IF YOU WANT TO EARN CASHBACK

	Used for car and home insurance in July and August and still pending. Slow slow slow. Seems since they started offering cachback of an amount rather than the 1 or 2 pounds its gone to pot.

	Purchased car insurance through Gocompare and it tracked at £0.00 and has not been uprated in over a month. Also did the home insurance with them as well and this hasn't tracked at all. Not impressed.
