I had issues phoned the cheapest insurer to check what was happening and gave them the quote ref to be told it didnt match my name or vehicle - serious glitch that could have left me uninsured - DO NOT USE GO COMPARE

I bought my car insurance via GoCompare in July. The claim was put 'on ice' for 90 days and couldn't be submitted. The day after it was submitted, GoCompare declined to pay even though I have screen pictures as proof of my transaction. I put in a claim and the response has been that it could take months to get any acknowledgement - if at all. Dispicable and dishonest of them. Won't use again.

GoCompare record transactions for every purchase I make. It's impossible to detect which one is correct and they all get declined anyway. Total jokers, £+200 declined.

I have had lots of problems with GoCompare. I did 2 car insurances with them. One tracked but was then declined the other never tracked. Submitting claims also never worked. Don't use if you expect the cash back.

4 times i have used these for cashback and 4 times they have declined it without reason. Worst cashback company i have ever experienced. Will never use them again. Around £140 worth in total declined.

Stayed at 39 weeks for around 24 weeks and then declined for no reason. Can't submit a claim for some reason - the transaction is not showing when I try to! And the support tickets don't cover this either. Great.

Cashback was a very good amount and price was obviously the best i located as i went with Go Compare. However, 39 weeks for cash back to be paid? Terrible.

2nd attempt to leave feedback regarding gocompare, funny how first one was not published to help topcashback users decide. gocompare cashback failed o pay me ant cashback, this despite opening a topcasback customer care case, I bought car insurance in late September it is now late Februray they have still not paid up despite all proof being sent to topcasback customer care who have passed it on to them. Please select most recent reviews of gocompare to see many similar reviews.

I purchased insurance via gocompare.com in late September 2016 they have still not honoured the deal despite clear proof of purchase and all relatedemails being sent to them by topcashback custmer care, it is now nearly March 2017 and still there is no response from gocompare so I definitely do not trust them to honour their cashback commitmemts and as a result would not buy any insurance from them even on their own website, I make sure I share this experience with friends and family. Avoid and o for a trusted topcashback provider.

Purchased a car insurance policy with Admiral via Go Compare. After almost 6 months of waiting Go Compare claim that they can't find my transaction so cashback has been declined. I have given Go Compare all order reference/policy numbers, contact details, etc and they have refused to honour my cashback. Ridiculous. This can only mean that their staff aren't trained properly, their staff are lying or their tracking system needs to be fixed. Very unhappy and will not be using this merchant in future.

Purchased car insurance in August 2016. Cashback wasnt credited so raised a support ticket. Go compare said they couldnt identify my purchase. Fortunately I had kept all the times when I clicked through for the quote and when I paid the insurer. They eventually "found" the transaction but like others not payable for 39 weeks. It did however become payable in January 2017. Tip - keep all the times you click through to this merchant otherwise you may be fobbed off with it "not being able to be identified" !
