Cashback not paid yet again
Always seem to have problems with receiving cashback from groupon. Shop with them the same as any other retailer and yet the cashback never tracks and despite putting in claims through customer service it is always declined. Very disappointing

It can take a long time.
Some retailers take 3 months to provide your cashback. This is not the fault of Top Cashback but the issue should be addressed.

Advertise Cashback but try to wrangle out of paying !!!
Terrible company for cash back. I have lost count on the number of times that they have waited until it gets to "Pending" before rejecting the claims. When you then ask why the claim has been rejected, they give a poor excuse that we haven't clicked through correctly (Funny how all our other claims to other companies don't reflect the same result !!!). At the moment TCB have made good one of our claims from 6 months ago, but, we still have 3 other claims for Groupon outstanding from 6 months ago. If you want your Cash Back don't go too Groupon !!!!!
