Why does TCB rate Groupon as 99.9% satisfaction? Just read the reviews, Groupon aren't paying cashback most of the time. I have 4 tickets for payment requests but aren't hopeful.
To be fair it's not just Groupon. Ever since TCB started charging an annual fee and spending money on TV adverts I've had little success in receiving cashback.

I have an untracked claim outstanding from 31st May of this year & still not had any joy! TCB don't seem to be bothering to chase it as i have sent 3 nudges. Don't bother with this merchant.

Don't bother - cashback never tracks, and I use groupon regularly. TCB should seriously look at this - the offered cashback is a pure lie.

From my personal experience from groupon- I would recommend not to have any hope to receive the cashback or even to track. I had quite a few purchases from this merchant - neither of them has been even tracked or paid up. The TCB comes with the same excuses- never tracked as something to do with cookies. Absolute nonsense as I am TCB member not for the 1 st year and all transactions from all other merchants are always trackable.
In addition, the very last purchase with groupon has not even been delivered by them for 20 days now. Not sure whether it will be ever delivered.

There are great deals to be had via Groupon and I have had good experiences with the deals I have bought, but so far I have not seen any trace of any cashback that should have been earned (and no joy word from having the claim followed up by topcashback). Part of me thinks "what the hell, I'm getting a good deal anyway", but another part of me thinks "they promised cashback and they haven't followed through" and this is the sort of thing that bugs really me.

Interestingly - 3 out of 3 purchases have not tracked with this merchant. Thats unusual for me. However, when claiming it back, the payment is usually quite swift - within 4-6 weeks of the claim.
It does make me wonder if they have a policy of not giving cashback unless its demanded... hoping you won't notice and they won't have to pay out.

This mechant never gives the Cashback automatically. You
need to put a Claim in and then they will give you the cashback.

AS you can see yourself from the reviews, until about October 2012 the cashback experience was excellent; since that there has been a noticeable deterioration.

I have purchased 3 times from groupon through topcashback and have NEVER recieved my cashback. it doesn't track, and have logged missing claim for the 1st one, and still waiting for reply from groupon 7 months later, total rubbish and waste of my time!

Cashback never tracks. Always have to submit claim. So far cashback has always been paid, eventually. Apart from that, Groupon offer some good deals.

I have bought Groupon vouchers through TopCashBack 4 times now and on each occasion I have had to open a dispute because the cashback has not been credited to my account, however after chasing via dispute procedure I eventually get my cash back but you shouldn't have to chase it each time!

Just put in my SIXTH cashback claim for Groupon since June. Used to track really quickly, now the cashback never tracks. Claims have always paid out (so far) - very frustrating having to claim each time though!!!
