Have purchased four Groupon vouchers after clicking through from Top Cash Back. None of them have tracked, however after lodging a missing cashback claim for the first two they were honoured and cashback paid fairly swiftly which was good. Have now put in claims for the next two and hoping that they will be honoured too. Would be nice if they just tracked without having to put in claims every time.

Have made 4 small purchases recently from GROUPON and NONE of them have tracked. Have to lodge a missing cashback claim every time for just a few pence, and also send numerous nudges. I guess they think most people wont bother and so they get away with not paying out. What's the point of them being on the site if they don't have the technology to track claims properly?!
Also a black mark for TOPCASHBACK who always seem to default the comments by highest star rating - which makes the retailer look far, far better than they actually are.
By all means purchase a Groupon, but make a note in your calendar in 7 days time to check the cashback in your account and lodge a claim if it isn't there..

I buy from groupon through cashback frequently but my transactions never, ever track. Such a hassle having to submit a missing cashback claim each time. Shame.

Reading comments from other purchasers, it seems I am the only one to have a problem obtaining cashback from Groupon. I have made several purchases over the last few weeks and not a single one tracked within 7 days. I had to make a claim everytime. So far I have received the cashback due for most of them but it is annoying to have to make a claim and chase it every time. On the other hand I have purchased some excellent products and services from Groupon at great prices.

Have never had any purchase track without raising a missing cashback claim.
Had 2 which when raised were quickly resolved, and cashback came through to payable quite quickly, but most recent purchase has had to be escalated and estimated 2-3 months to sort.
Living Social, Wowcher and KGB Deals seem to track much better!

Never had a problem with cashback on this merchant until the end of last year. I was so confident that I used them regularly and rarely cheched my account however I have just logged a number of claims for non payment on purchases since December. Not sure what's happening with the company (other than they have just sacked their top man!!!) so looking at kgb & Living Social now
