	All in all a ver good experience. Reserved on line for an in store pick up and received texts from them stating it was ready. went instore and found the items ready and waiting at the collection desk. Excellent deal as well as was 1/2 the price online compared to instore and then got the cashback on top too.

	Absolute waste of time. I reserved the products and when I went into store they had not put them to one side. For half an hour I waited whilst a member of staff searched for the items. Needless to say they couldn't find them because they were not in stock Halfords reservation system is rubbish. (Thurrock)

	Excellent cash back and promotional codes got the item for less than half price in the end. Picked up in my local store next day. Cashback came through within two days - definately use again.

	8 months and no money. They didn'ttrack my original purchase. Acknowledged it after I complained 3 months later, it appeared to track with £5 cashback, then it finally changed from £5 to 0p and I didn't get a penny in the "confirmed" column. Add to this the fact I paid extra for next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive and all in all it was a very bad experience.

	Reserved before I went food shopping to give them time to find it etc, as I am disabled and cant stand in one place for too long, which they knew as they'd watched me park in front of the store in a disabled space with a badge... but it took them 20 mins to get the stereo, then when we got home it wasn't new - was a return! It had bits missing off it, plugs cut and they argued about it ("how do you think its not brand new?!" what?!) We had to argue to get a new one, which when we checked in front of them showed what we'd been saying was true - it had no remote either! So an hour later, driving nearly 20 miles round trip and a few veins popped through stress later and we finally got what we had reserved!!

	Its great to get cashback on items you preorder but pick up in store. But they recently reduced it to 1% and that really is a very small discount indeed.

	Be careful when using this merchant, although they are a reputable company, they do not always pay out on cashback, and in my case failed to even give top cash back a reason as to why. Therefore definately do not use just to claim cashback if you can find the product elsewhere cheaper.
