	No problem with tracking. Placed order online twice and tracked both times but Halford's reserve and collect service is very poor. Both times I went to collect item but was told it was out of stock! Wrote to complaint to Halfords but they couldn't care less.

	"Collect in store" works well, so use it to score cashback in stuff you'd but in store anyway. Cashback tracked immediately and paid quickly. Very good.

	Ordered 2 car tyre pumps for myself and my daughter using Reserve & Collect. The product is excellent value and a sturdy piece of equipment. The product was waiting for us at the checkout and we were "fast tracked" at the queue. Excellent customer service.

	Buy and collected on 15th December 2009,still not tracked ,despite claim being submitted and a nudge sent. Not very impressed and won`t being using Halfords again. We`re not talking a big amount here, so would hate to use them for a really big purchase.

	Cashback tracked within an hour or so, reserved items online and collected from store. The store phone to advise that items were ready for collection within 15mins of placing the order. Highly recommended retailer.

	Quick to track and just confirmed. Online ordering and the discount were excellent. Collecting from the store was a nightmare. The item had not been reserved but fortunately there were a couple on the shelves. Only two female assistants serving while the male assistants ignored calls for help. A queue round the store and a 30 minute wait. We needed VAT paperwork which was not given in the store, so had to call Customer Services. All sorted by CS who were very efficient and hopefully other stores are up to their standard.

	Only 1 out of 2 transactions tracked through reserve and collect - it was only for a small amount so didnt bother persuing. Other transaction passed payment date but has now been confirmed so happy :)

	Super quick tracking and cashback. Reserved an item, few minutes later Halfords called to say it was ready for collection, then five minutes after collection and payment they authorised cashback.
