	Each time an item is on special offer it is out of stock. I wrote to H&B cust svces about this. It is extremely annoying to put items on offer when they don't have enough stock to match predicted sales!

	Be very very careful when purchasing from this merchant. They always use the excuse that the claim has been declined as the network has not identified TopCashBack as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. This has happened to me countless times since 2008. Do not be lured and conned by the 15% cashback offered as you will not get it. You have been warned.

	Clicked through, purchased, had to submit a missing cashback claim, then cashback rejected for no reason. Useless service.

	You usually get what you pay for and although the items I buy are not cheap they ARE good and worth the money. Also I get cashback,quick delivery ,pleasant customer service assistants, a simple website to use and points which go towards my next purchase. Well done. Thank you

	Haven't tracked twice. Can't be bothered having to go through the claim process again, just to be told that I've used some other avenue from which to buy their products!

	Have given up with Holland and Barrett. Have refused me 3 valid pay outs on the trot. Am shopping elsewhere from now on. Would give zero stars re Topcashback it it were an option.

	Good at tracking purchase but takes forever to confirm purchase and terrible long to receive payment. Extremely slow service and very disappointing. I have made 5 purchases and not received payment for even one. Waiting over 3 months now. Poor, poor service.

	I would love to shop with Holland & Barrett, only the checkout page is currently faulty and will not let me complete my purchase. I am not even allowed to put my payment details in before an error banner crosses the top of the screen and I am unable to proceed further. The error is for both card payments and PayPal. Very dissatisfied!

	Quite pleased with H & B and have used them a few times, cashback can be a bit slow to pay and have had a lower amount go to pending which has corrected itself. Have always got paid out eventually though and with free delivery at the moment it is worth a go.

	Never really had issues with many retailers, only H&B tracking then re-setting cashback to 0 for no particular reason. Considering prior similar orders were made with no issues, seems very arbitrary of them.

	THIEVES! I placed ONE ORDER with Holland and Barrett, who took it upon themselves to despatch TWO DUPLICATE orders and kindly charge me for THREE. I may as well just give them my money as they have now refused to refund the unauthorised charge for the missing delivery! I always thought of Holland and Barratt as a reputable Company, oh how wrong I was! Do not shop here unless you want to give them carte blanche to keep taking charges from your credit until they choose to stop.

	This website is not fit for purpose. Every time I click, confirm payment, it shows an error - asking me to reload the page. No confirmation is shown on the site. No e mail confirmation is received. I tried two more times and failed each time due to the same error message on payment confirmation page. No e mail confirmation of the order was received and now suddenly, I have three different debits on my account totalling £140 and three parcels have been dispatched. Spoke to their customer service(0844 and 0870 numbers). She said "our website is awful". Why don't they close it down if they know that it is not working. How can they dispatch an order and charge for it without any email confirmation? Asked me to take the goods to a shop for refund. Who will pay for my parking and fuel and time? Just shut it down.
