	Dreadful experience; purchase made which failed track (not the first time), claim posted and six months later told that the claim is not valid as another means of purchase was applied (??). Really do not bother with H&B - they never track, and do not honour their offers.

	Purchased £40 of goods from Holland & Barrett in May expecting £4 cashback. It was confirmed for ages then reverted to zero this week. I believe I fulfilled all the criteria, clicked through from Topcashback and didn't use any discount codes or coupons. It is too late to submit a claim, as Topcashback won't look at any transactions that are over 100 days past the purchase date. Am very disappointed with H&B.

	So for the fith time this year I've lost my cashback with H&B - tracks fine and weeks later looks like the cash is on the way then .............boom ! "0.00" cash in your payable section - same old story - avoid

	I spent around £130 with them on two transactions, everything tracked fine and now it's showing as £0 payable for both purchases with absolutely no reason why. I'd expect better from a company like this, so if you do buy beware that Holland and Barrett don't like to pay out.

	Appalling experience with H&B cash back promise. I made a purchase for over £70 this year, non has refunded cash back through this website. Why bother using the cashback website at all?

	Purchase 3 times but cashback never tracked. It's been 10 months now and still no news. Won't bother with the cashback next time!

	Good cash back rate but tracking is slow and then even slower to reach payable. It has been over 5 months (nearly 6 months) now and still pending! Not serious of H&B. My only gripe is that they are the only stockist of Dr Organic products which I love and therefore no other choice but to use them again. If I could get my skincare products elsewhere I would!

	Only ONCE has my purchase resulted in a successful cashback (there have been several) and that is after several months EACH TIME chasing them. Absolutely disgusting from Holland & Barrett, they should not be listed on this site if they NEVER intend to pay out. Just vile.

	Two different cashback sites used in the past year with Holland & Barrett and they have failed to pay through either. Rubbish excuse for not paying with no way to question, utterly hopeless. Lost me as a customer for ever.

	Despite TCB's efforts on my behalf this Merchant rejected my claim. Offers a high rate of cashback and then doesn't payout. Would advise complete avoidance of this merchant or to proceed with care and caution to prevent disappoinment.

	ordered in beginning of Feb, tracked soon after TCB's help, nothing payable until now even it was confirmed long time ago! 5 months delay, what a shame!

	Although the products I buy are always excellent, the cashback experience is abysmal. Every single purchase I've had to submit a missing cashback claim, not once has any purchased tracked - not once. Holland & Barrett are excellent at taking your money but giving a little back? No. TopCashBack have always come through in getting my money thankfully. It's all very well offering 'X' amount of cashback to your customers but trying to get it is another kettle of fish with H&B. Very Poor.

	Payable date (after nearly 4 months!) has come and gone and still nothing. I don't think I'll bother with these merchants any more. If you want reasonably priced vitamins, try Simply Supplements with 15.15% cashback, their cashback came through very quickly. I am certainly going back to them.

	FURTHER TO MY COMMENT ON 22ND APRIL, TCB CAME UP TRUMPS, AND SORTED MY CLAIM. NOW CONFIRMED & PAYABLE AT END OF THIS MONTH. WELL DONE TCB. WOULD NOW RECOMMEND HOLLAND & BARRETT.

	TRACKED IMMEDIATELY, BUT TWO DAYS LATER WENT TO £0 AND I LODGED A CLAIM WITH TCB. 14 WEEKS LATER NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I MET ALL THE CONDITIONS OF THIS RETAILER - NO DISCOUNT CODES OR VOUCHERS, FULLY PAID & DELIVERED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. IF THEY DON'T INTEND TO PAY OUT THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED. LONGSTANDING MEMBER OF TCB, AND NORMALLY NO PROBLEMS.

	Very quick and easy to use. Products are great. I have still not received any cash back though :( very disappointing as you shouldn't have to chase this - it should just be automatic.
