Don't bother trying to get cashback with this retailer. Declined after 3 months with some incorrect excuse that I hadn't gone from TCB to their site. Distinctly unimpressed- if only their customer service was as good as their chocolate

Nice chocolate. Shame the cashback got declined.. Doesn't go on total amount but who knows what amount they give the cashback for!? Still waiting for it and got a feeling it's going to be declined again....
