i have also been waiting for my payment for the last 8-9 months.
purchase was made in december 2011,and although it tracked to date still no payment,been chasing through topcashback for months now.

Purchased laptop in December, everything went smoothly and can't fault the product. But it is now August and I still haven't received my cashback - absolutely diabolical. Extremely dissapointed.

Not happy at all with this company. Computer is great and delivery etc. very unhappy that I'm still waiting for cashback at the end of July for something I bought at the end of December. Have put in a support claim but still nothing has happened. I won't be bothering to buy anything from them again. Glad I wasn't relying on this cashback as £77 is a lot of money.

I should've read the comments before purchase, or more specifically I should've spotted the default 'Highest Star Rating' sorting order which masks somewhat how well a merchant is performing.
Like seemingly many (most?) others I am having trouble with this cashback - I bought a laptop in December 2011 and now, over 6 months on, am still waiting for the cashback.
The 'estimated payable' has long since gone so I'm just sitting here waiting now.
I shalln't be considering cashback from HP again. It tracked well enough but that's irrelevant if I never see the money (a situation I am starting to feel is likely on this one).

I have used this retailer twice with topcashback and both times cashback has not tracked and topcashback have had to chase them.

Cashback tracked almost immediately (yay) and confirmed a few days after delivery. Didn't become payable though for nearly 12 months! TCB Customer Service have been very good and chased and chased it for me and it has finally been paid out.

Product & delivery top-notch. Cash back was tracked quickly but the payout was ultra slow, it took several months but it did arrive eventually and at over £70 cash back that is not to be sniffed at!

Quick to track and good rate. However, don't hold your breath waiting for payment - it takes months! They are not particularly good for paying - I have ordered 5 laptops, all tracked quickly and delivered fine. However, of the 5, one was cancelled (no idea why), 3 were eventually paid but for slightly less and one still hasn't been paid from May 2011 (2 from sept 2011 have just been paid). As the May 2011 is over 100 days old, I now can't pursue it - not very happy at that - it should have been another £40+.

And finally it arrives.
I left comments about the lack of casback from HP earlier this year. However it has finally become payable. Took a little over 10 months.
I guess thanks to Topcash for persivering with HP to resolve this. I hope others who have had to wait have been paid out as well.
Come on HP, you make good kit, why can you not be honourable as well?

I purchased a PC in December 2010 and am STILL waiting for my cashback to be paid. I've queried this several times with TopCashBack who keep telling me that they are still waiting for the merchant (HP) to pay them so that they can credit me.
I've now been told to wait until the end of November 2011 when they are expecting a payment from HP.
Also, HP did not supply the monitor that was advertised with the PC package. When I called them, they said that they'd made a mistake in their ad and that the monitor was not included. As a goodwill gesture they agreed to knock £50 off their bottom of the range 18" monitor for which they wanted £149 at the time. I insisted that they were in the wrong and that they should send me the monitor at no extra cost as advertised but they point blank refused to do so. They said I could return the PC if I wanted to but they would not honor their deal. In the end I decided to keep the PC because I needed it at the time.
I would advise new customers to HP to stay well clear of this merchant!
I am not surprised that HP as a company are doing so badly! They need to learn a thing or two about customer service from their competitors!
I am very disappointed with both HP and TopCashBack with this particular transaction and have not bought a HP product since.

Very pleased with the level of service received and the quickness of sending the item. Unfortunately there was a delay in delivery as Citylink took the item back to the depot as they could not deliver. The strange thing was I was in all day I think they must have went to the wrong house. Have now got the item.
