stayed in feb 2020, still waiting for cashback, tracked as first the after stay disapeared, put in claim but keep coming back wanting more information, booking number, then dates, hotel, exact hotel name, place of hotel etc etc. Had a great stay, very happy with room etc. will just have to keep waining

I am an IHG member and booked through their website. Apparently, non refundable rates are non-commissionable, so after 5 months they decided not to pay. Four nights in Vienna in an average hotel at £75 a night with no cashback is worse than the fact this was a replacement for a week in Greece after Thomas Cook went bust. I have sympathy for Thomas Cook, but will avoid Holiday Inns in the future. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Several recent claims declined as 'non-commissionable'. Seems that if you book an IHG Rewards Club Rate (i.e. do not massively overpay) then you're not going to get any cashback.

Wouldn’t pay out for 2 bookings that should have given me over £100 cashback. No reason why this was the case, it was tracked, no voucher used, no promotion and pay outright and was non refundable. Not happy .

Always had problems with tracking, but missing claims would usually get paid eventually, but I've recently had a number being declined as "non-commissionable", when they were normal cash bookings.
