They have not paid cashback on a £294 stay that I have made. There were no offers or vouchers applied but it has come back as a 0.00 payable

Very poor - over a year since my stays, and IHG have still not paid cashback, nor responded (as far as I am aware) to follow-up by TCB.

Cashback is rarely awarded at the advertised rate, have raised support tickets which go unanswered for months.

Both times I have used these and gone through top cash back, the amount has appeared as £0.00 and payable in my account. I am still waiting for a claim to be resolved this time as it was worth over £50 cashback.
