As with other users my cashback went to ZERO when payable WHY? I hope the company read these reviews and sort all cashback claims. I have submitted a missing cashback claim but no joy yet. Why offer cashback when they do not intend paying it. Will not use again until the pay the cashback. There are plenty of other cartridge suppliers to choose from if they like loosing their customers. Sort it out Internet Ink.

I have always had excellent service but they have not paid my last 2 cashback requests. Would like to know if this is because I used their online 10% discount. Agree with others who feel the cartridges run out quite fast even though they are supposed to be bigger. Not sure I want to use again.

As a previous user, my cashback went to zero when it became payable WHY? Submitted a claim months ago but still no cashback, also gave feedback to company about this they said refer to cashback site. Hope they read their comments page and do something about these none payments. WILL NOT USE AGAIN UNTIL THEY PAY CASHBACK.

Beware your cashback could go to £0 when payable as mine did. Will not use them again unless they pay my cashback (it is cashback not take back). There are plenty more cartridge companies to use, if they want to loose peoples custom so be it.

This was the first time I had used internet ink, in fact the first time I had even heard of them, so I placed an order with a little concern. But the cashback tracked almost straight away, and the cartridges were delivered very quickly (next day). Excellent company that I would deal with again.
