I have never had a problem with this firms tracking and paying but plenty of problems with my new Dell compatible cartridges (series 9) not working (not recognised by the printer and therefore will not print) To be fair Internet Inks have always replaced them, but replacements do not always work either, and since I normally buy several at a time to get a discount, often I don't come across one that does't work till months later...by which time I feel very akward indeed trying to put in a complaint so long after the purchase time ! I have sent back nearly 50% of those I've purchased so far, and it just makes me feel worse & worse each time I have to ring up to complain as I feel like a right faud ! However, Internet Ink's response in sending yet another cartridge out without too fuss leads me to believe I cannot be alone !This problem is mostly a reflection Dell I have to say, who obviously are doing their damnest to stop you using compatibles at all, rather than a reflection on Internet Inks. I will NEVER buy another Dell printer EVER again !!!!
