I have bought different ink for different printers many times from this company and always found their service excellent. Plus as yet I have never had any faulty items or had to complain. I can only praise this company and would recommend them 100%.

Rubbish! Still hasn't tracked despite nudges & messages from TCB - been waiting since November 2010! Products are awful - the black cartridge for my Dell printer doesn't work unless I take it out, soak the blighter in hot water & work the ink through -THIS was the advice from their customer services! AVOID! I'll NEVER use this firm again. 0/10.

Received franking machine cartridge, but did not fit properly. Contacted internet ink, not very helpful. In the end contacted another supplier who managed to sort out problem with their competitor's cartridge and is now working fine. Internet Ink were not very helpful and would not use them again.

There were so many bad reviews from this merchant that i had my doubts after placing the order, I need not have worried(so far so good!)
I found the website easy to navigate and the price was competative. Cash back tracked with a couple of hours and order confirmed straight away. Despached on the third day, day one and two were weekned, and parcel recieved the fourth day via Royal Mail. After so many negative reviews from this company I thought it only fair to share my positive experience.
The ink cartridge quality appears to be good,however it not as good as a manufactures own which are over double the price;to be fair based on other previous ink cartridge providers I think the one i recieved was better than most! I hope users find this review helpful...
