I am still waiting for my cashback which went to zero before it became payable. I have had no response to my nudges. I did not use any discount codes so that is not the problem. I was a genuine purchaser, spent over £70 and nothing! Do not use this supplier.

Speedy service. Free postage. Normally our printer rejects compatible ink cartridges but we've had no problems with these. Plus we received a 10% discount voucher
with our order. Will certainly use again!

I took a risk in ordering from this merchant, never heard of them, 1 colour 1 b/w for HP 940c; payment made Paypal on the 12thAug, product received 20th August. On viewing my accounts in TopCashBack it appears it was tracked fast.
BUT..........when I tried to use the cartridges, they never worked despite several attempts. The printer continuing to show cartridge ink level nil. Then I emailed their Nottingham office on the email given, there is no acknowledgement to date.
Beware , buyers : as a senior citizen pensioner I am about to have lost £17.98 !!
Help required , please. Do not use this merchant and TopCashBack should discontinue with them as well.

Cashback tracked but disappeared after the next stage - suspect that this is to do with using their discount code.
Not fair !! - they should warn you if they are not going to get cashback due to this, as it is a code they freely advertise & promote themselves on this site, and when you get a delivery of goods from them. Not happy and won't use again on principle.
