Casa Verde pool villa, Lajares, Fuerta Ventura. 2019 April ...building work all around; very cold pool ...their policy is 78 degrees to 82. - 78 being far too cold in our opinion. Mouldy coffee machine . Ridiculously expensive for one week, given a chilly pool. Unhelpful owner, refused to heat pool higher than 80 in cold months. Not impressed . Customer service offered £100 off our next holiday...a joke. Why would we stay with them again! Disappointing. Nice villa but let down by lack of attention to detail , and stubborn owner .

AVOID if you want cashback! Waited over 6 months for perfectly eligible cashback to be paid, DECLINED!. Loyal customer to JV will influence my choice for holidays in future!

I had a bit of trouble with my cashback going through the first time so had to put in a missing cash back claim but this was handled quickly and has since been sorted :)

I paid for a 2 week holiday with James Villas, booking through TopCashBack, which I went on in September 2015. Although the transaction was tracked, etc., correctly, James Villas has refused to pay the cash back, for reasons known only to them. I don't blame TopCashBack but, as they explained to me, it reminds you that cash back is never guaranteed. I would certainly avoid booking any James Villas holiday again, as it's extremely disappointing when they reject a valid cash back claim after having spent so much money with them on a holiday.
