Don't expect any cashback!!!
New customer, booked a very expensive family holiday 10k. Was all tracked but they refused to pay out. And looking at other review it looks like it's very common. Topchashback should kick them off the site as it gives there site a bad reputation too. J2 say they are the 'Holidays you can trust' what a joke.

I have booked via Topcashback and other cashback sites. Mostly the claims are refused. Once I got £5.

You won't ever get £80 cashback - don't factor it in
If you are a loyal customer of jet2 with a myJet2 account on their website, they will add £10pp discounts to your account which cannot be removed and cannot be used in conjunction with Top Cashback which means your cashback will be reduced to £5.

Dishonest
Purchased a holiday for £2400 in December 2024 for January 2025, cash back tracked at £80 then went to £5. As we all know, Jet2 always add vouchers when you sign in to your account . It would seem to get the £80 Top Cash Back offer , you must remove the £90 to £200 applied vouchers to gain Top Cash Backs £80, although in the terms it says you can add approved vouchers. Very dishonest practices and I feel aggrieved by this. I will not use Jet2 again and are currently looking into other options to Top Cash Back as im constantly querying purchases cash back.

Don't bother going through cashback
I have received £5 for a £3k holiday. I can't raise a complaint as it claims that they haven't had any transactions from me within 90days. However you have to wait until the holiday has started/completed to be able to get the cashback.

Why the delay?
Cashback not released until 3 months after the holiday. Holiday paid in full 8 weeks before taking . Why the delay when holiday paid in full?
Happy to eventually receive the money.

Don’t waste your money with Jet2
Cashback of £5 for an £8000 holiday, when was promised much more. Immediately tracked at £5 and said that it would initially track at a lower rate. Well guess what they paid at £5. This was my worst experience with cashback and I will never use Jet2 again. All hotels and flights are available direct at a much cheaper rate. Use their website to find your holiday and then book it direct. I saved £1500 doing that this year.

very low payout
Booked and paid for a £4000 holiday with £45 cashback advertised. Received only £5 due to special discount of £5 off the holiday. Also booked a holiday for £1800 for Jun 2025 and the advertised TCB was £85. Only £5 is tracking probably because of a special discount of £40. Maybe it would be better to pay full price for the holiday, without special discounts, and then collect more with the advertised TCB. Very Disappointed
