Wouldn't bother shopping through Top Cashback with John Lewis again, I am not sure if I missed something originally but when it eventually became payable it seems you cannot use Bank Transfer or PayPal, I think you have to donate it to charity. I often donate to charity outside of Top Cashback - I don't like being told what to do with my own money though.
