6 MONTHS AND STILL NO PAYMENT
6 months and going into 7 months still no payment. Very poor and no point contacting Topcashback as they state they have no control if and when you get paid. Wont buy from John Lewis again

JL only gives British Airways credits, not "CASH BACK". They should be banned from this site, in all honesty.

In terms of cashback - absolutely useless to me. Might just as well not bothered - when I tried to claim cash back the comment was: "The cashback you have earned can only be withdrawn via British Airways Executive Club"
