I have purchased twice from John Lewis last 30 days, both not tracked. Very disappointing.
Other merchants track without problems - no issues with the PC, browser, extensions used.

Would never fly with BA again after they lost our luggage. So no payback!
Bought a dishwasher from JL which is fine and their service was excellent. But to partner up with BA is a wrong move!

Unable to get the money
I have £16 cashback from John Lewis in my account following a laptop purchase. When I tried to collect it I'm told that it can only be paid to British Airways Executive Club. I won't be buying from John Lewis again, what a con, I don't have a British Airways Executive Club and never fly BA so that's £16 that I can't collect.

Pretty Pointless
You can't get payout by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Reward Wallet - so unless you're an a big Avios user there is almost no point to this cashback
