	cashback declined they say it failed to track, but I have purchased from and received cashback from many other merchants so nothing wrong with my computer setup or how I make purchases. If there is a problem I think it is with their systems for tracking purchases.

	saved going to the shop bought Perfume for my daughter, it was the cheapest place to purchase it and was delivered two days later, excellent service and well packaged.

	John Lewis and some others - pay cashback but on purchase price minus vat. This is NOT a complaint, instead I've left a 'heads up' to other members of TCB - as recommended on their website. I've just bought a dishwasher online from John Lewis, cost was £549 and TCB had an offer of 5% cashback on purchases of £250< Initially I expected to see cashback of £27.45 but for some reason it was and at the time of writing still is only £9.15 However, looking around TCB's website I discovered TCB advice that there are some merchants that pay cashback on the purchase price less v.a.t. and John Lewis is one of those merchants - in my case my dishwasher's price is £457.50 + 20% vat =£549. So, with this knowledge I'd expect a 5% cashback from the £457.50 which should be £22.87 and in my case I can expect a 'plus membership' deduction of £5 leaving a cashback of £17.87, not £9.15. I've raised a question with TCB's excellent support people and expect this to be resolved. I'll update as soon as things are resolved.

	I didnt receive cashback.. I used John Lewis for majority of my Xmas shopping (I spent close to 800 pounds...), and I did not receive any cashback because I had order 3x Lego set for friends and family... Like no cash back at all...

	Cashback declined after 5 months for currency Purchased currency from John Lewis in August 2023 and didn’t track. Submitted a missing Cashback claim and has now been declined with no reason given. Had done before and Cashback paid. Will look elsewhere for currency purchases.

	John Lewis declined the Cashback The only explanation I got was "John Lewis & Partners Cashback has been declined by the retailer". I don't blame Topcashback, I blame John Lewis as it represented a 4% discount, which is significant

	Rejected Rejected, presumably because of the bizarre exclusion that "Cashback will not be given for orders of three or more of the same product in a single order" - a bit of a shame if you make a perfectly normal order of, for example, four dinner plates!

	Dishonest Cashback didn't track so I put in a claim and JL have rejected it saying I didn't purchase my product through link. I most certainly did and even checked my visit had tracked before continuing with purchase. Time of clicking through to merchant and purchasing product all match but to no avail. They previously rejected home insurance cashback as they said I had no valid policy despite paying monthly and JL account stating I had a current policy. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I will not be purchasing anything else from them.

	6 months.. Still waiting Cash back is confirmed on my account, but still not paid after 6 months of coding my insurance with them because of the cash back promise. I expected better from John Lewis as other merchants can do it much quicker!

	Not immediate cashback Have to wait or make a missing cashback claim, not very proactive, having trouble in redeeming reward gift cards.

	All Fake - No Cashback There are couple of issues, first of all my cashback wasn't tracked twice. When i made the claim then it was rejected , no reason why ? I cleared all the cache and there were no promotional offers as well. I don't understand why the reasons are not given when declining the cashback. John Lewis is a reputed company and i don't expect this from them. Please don't waste your time in looking to get a cashback from JL.

	Cash Back Con You can only use cash back for British Airways Executive Club (Avios), which I don't have nor do I intend to get.
