	Unable to track the record ! Avoid !!!! I made a booking via this merchant in March this year for a flight costing £1650, I have been waiting for one month for the cashback to be registered in my dashboard, but no luck. Get into customer service, was told that the order number is not traceable , unless I am giving a different order number , there is nothing they can do . What a waste of time . I made a booking via Emirates directly and get my cash back within one month, I should really book with emirate directly instead for that trip , but I am regretted as I could have earned the cash back from emirate instead, although they were offered 6%cash back (last minute offered 8% that time ) . 2%actually means lots for people who love bargain hunt . So do not use this link to book with this merchant , you are wasting your time and disappointment at the end . I am not even willing to give 1star but it would not let me submit my review if skip that step . AVOID!!!!!!!

	Does not honour cashback I spend £2000 with lastminute just because they had a good cashback offer and chose them over other booking sites. Surprisingly, the cashback was declined although it was properly tracked. Do not trust them with cashback if you have other choices of booking sites.

	Yet another declined cashback Cashback tracked for £4K worth of flights, one week later cashback was declined, I can't see any reason for the cancellation, flights were paid in full at the time of booking, this is the 4th time this has happened with Lastminute.com, still waiting for a refund from Covid, flight to Belgium was cancelled, Lastminute.com told me I had to claim my refund from Brussels Airlines, Brussels Airlines claim it is nothing to do with them and they didn't take the booking, both denying responsibility. They are a very dodgy outfit

	Failed to honour their agreement and took 3 years to do so Never received payment took them 3 years to decline, no rhyme no reason, must be pinching the pennies. Hope they're ATOL protected for all their unfortunate customers when they go belly up.

	Never pay out Unfortunately, you can follow all the guidelines set but they will still decline your cashback. We ensured we'd not saved the holiday, searching on our phones before logging on to a pc to book. No other discounts used, just refuse to pay out! Poor

	DID NOT HONOUR CASHBACK I've been a TCB member for over 10 years. I used lastminute.com recently for a family holiday. Part of the reason for selecting them was the cashback offer. I’ve used Expedia many times and never had a problem. I am incredibly frustrated that firstly the cashback did not track (it happens and TCB always respond proactively) and upon raising a ticket it was declined. As we are a family of five the cashback lost was significant. I would caution others to choose a different holiday broker - there are so many. I won’t be using lastminute.com again.

	Will find anyway not to pay cashback! I've used Lastminute.com a new times. Every time they have rejected my cashback saying I had used a discount code. When you have used Topcashback for as many years as I have, have the desktop access site and are very aware they will reject on any incident, you know what you're doing. However, once again they have rejected my cashback and I wont bother using them again. Disappointing that so many companies do this every time.

	Declined for no reason Booked a flight using link, creating a new quote - not in conjunction with another offer. However lastminute.com declined the cashback

	Very very poor. They lie. Lastminute.com are liars. They will always go to their maximum to avoid paying up cashback that is due. I have gone through the proper cashback procedure/channel each time I eventually purchased tickets through Lastminute.com. But then they come back months upon months later only to tell lies that the purchase was not made through the cashback site's links. I repeat: They are liars. Never again will I use this cunning company.

	Poor Holiday. Bad Experience. Refused Cashback. Will never buy again Booked a terrible holiday throught this useless merchant. Holiday was ruined due to contruction at hotel. No help from lastminute.com. Refused compensation. Then refused cashback at topcashback. No explanation. We have complained to ombusdman. Avoid AVOID AVOID #!

	Warning: They will use different excuses to cancel your cashback. If you use any gift cards, which that part won't count as cashback (understandable). They will cancel you whole cashback. Example: £20 - (£5 gift card) = £15 should be counted as cashback. But no, They cancel the cashback for that £15.
