Not happy at all. Have declined my cashback for a hotel booking just after the date when it is too late to cancel. I only booked via lastminute because of the cashback - without that it is more expensive than booking direct with the hotel.

Cashback not tracked. Unfortunately, my transaction was more than 100 days ago, so I cannot query it. I will not use this merchant again. The only failure that I have had so far with Topcashback.

My first ever cashback fail! No problems with my hotel booking, but despite tracking quickly, cashback was ultimately declined. Response through tcb claims procedure was that LastMinute had 'not identified ourselves [tcb] as the last referral'. So - by all means book your travel with them, but don't rely on the cashback.

I always use Expedia with no issues, went with lastminute as slightly cheaper this time and better cashback. They have refused to pay out so I will not be using them again and I will be going back to Expedia!

Poor service - cashback didn't track and lastminute.com suggested that final click through hadn't been from TCB (it definitely was...). Wouldn't recommend using based on my experience.

Never Tracks automatically! have to fill in claims every time and the cashback percentages have a habit of changing when that happens and not for the better!

Cashback not received within timescale. Lodged a claim but lastminute.com refused payout despite me providing a reference number. They said it didn't exist. I am not pleased as this has taken five months with no cashback. I will not be using lastminute.com again (unless they are the cheapest option of course! I was foolish to factor in cashback in my purchasing decision).

Great, no problems, have used a few times and they have paid cash back on each occasion. Didn't automatically track once but they still accepted and paid out once I raised a ticket without fuss. No problem at all and will continue to use.

Do not believe the "exclusive increased" cashback rate. Supposedly increase cashback rate at 12%. Only tracked at 5%. Refused to honour special rate, citing it was attributed to another marketing channel. I fail to see how that could happen since it's already been tracked to topcashback. Still waiting for cashback since January 2014. It's now August.

Made a purchase speculatively through tcb in the hour early in a hotel in Italy. I accept I am no expert as I am new to this and did not expect it to work. I put a claim in as it wasn't tracked from the transaction on the 28th may. last week it became payable and was a nice amount too. Will certainly use again

Booked a hotel in scotland. Ordered easily, and was a great stay, but cashback was never received. Lodged a claim, but they refuse to acknowledge receipt of my order. According to them, the transaction does not exist! Will not bother to book via lastminute.com
