Stayed at a TopSecretHotel in Rome, and got a lovely room in a 4 star hotel with a rooftop bar overlooking Rome for a really reasonable price :) and cashback was in my account by the time I returned from the trip for the full amount with the cashback being tracked in my TopCashback account within hours. Very happy!

Had a couple of instances where cashback hasn't tracked and had to manually record this, got an ongoing one at the moment which has gone on for several months, customer care ticket just says 'Waiting on Merchant' for a £37 claim which is the most cash back i've been waiting for from this company. Have a feeling they are not going to payout!

got an immediate confirmation that cashback had tracked and correct cashback appeared in my account within 1 hour. a little worried with lots of negative comments but so far everything has worked perfectly.

Cashback did not track for unknonw reason. It took 2 months to chase response from LastMinute and they say the cashback was registered with a site other than topcashback, but it was not. Can't make much sense of this.

I will not be using lasminute.com again.
Even though no discount codes were used and I booked via topcashback my cashback was declined.
After nearly 5 months of waiting for my claim to be looked at by lastminute.com they have declined the claim.
So yes, the cashback percentages may look appealing but cashback is not paid out.
I have used a number of other merchants on topcashback, in the same way I used lastminute.com and all others have paid as expected.
I will be shopping with other merchants in future, ones which pay the cashback as promised.

Tracked fine and moved to confirmed. But declined for no reason. Even after repeated attempts. Don't hold out for cashback for them!!!

Booked new York weekend trip for four through top cashback and lastminute.com
Cashback should have been approx £70 but surprise surprise last minute declined cashback stating that they could not trace it although confirmation received seconds after visit confirmed by top cashback
Do not trust them they will try to wiggle out of paying you !!!

Hotel accomodation bought though lastminute.com Expecting over £300 cashback, which made it cheaper than buying elsewhere. But no cashback paid although click-through recorded! 6 months now. Poor service

Third time I have used last minute.com to buy a hotel stay and the cash back is clearly not tracking for me. I don't understand why but I am about to lodge my third missing cash back claim against lastminute since May this year.

Terrible. Used in February for a stay in February: cashback did not track and still waiting, 5 months on, to receive cashback. Would not recommend or use again.

Warning - I followed the instructions to the letter, and transaction initially tracked. Then payment withdrawn to zero. As I was drawn to use Lastminute for a booking on the basis of the cashback, in favour of a non cash - backing competitor (offering the same hotel deal), I am distinctly unimpressed.
Unless the CB is re- instated, I will not be using them again, nor recommending their services.

DON'T HOLD OUT FOR CASHBACK !!!...
As with many comments I have waited a YEAR !!! since paying them £1,311.90 for a holiday in may 12. Initially claim was refused for NO apparant reason, asked TCB to resubmit but still nothing forthcoming.
AVOID ... should be removed from TCB for fraudulent mis-representation !!!

I booked a flight and hotel in late December 2012, cashback should have been well over £50.00 but nothing tracked and too date despite chasing nothing has arrived. Very disappointing!!!

Be very careful! All prices are based on 2 sharing even if that room sleeps 4! An additional charge will be due directly to the hotel! It is not mentioned anywhere visible until you get your confirmation email and even then it does not state how much it just says "an additional charge may be due to the hotel" but as usual its in that very long small print document you tick. I will never use lastminute.com again, ever. So if you are booking a room for more than 2 people look elsewhere.
