No cashback received! Waited months and months!! To then be told it did not track to Topcashbck being the referer! I do not believe this! Nor do I believe it was a cookie issue as I have had no issue with any of my other cashback claims!

After a 4 month investigation, lastminute.com decided they could not trace that my purchase came from Topcashback and my claim was closed with no cashback received! Not pleased at all with lastminute.com and will not be in hurry to use them again!

Normally track and show within a week, but had to put a claim in for a booking made in Jan and holiday taken in Jul and its still waiting for them to respond to TCB wouldnt be bothered about a small amount but its quite a large amount of Cashback due

Very disappointing cashback experience. The transaction did not track at all. When I claimed they put an estimated amount of cashback in but this very quickly changed to £0.0 so obviously the perfectly valid claim was rejected by Lastminute - I will certainly never use them again.

The booking and hotel were fine. However no cash back registered so I lodged a claim with Top Cashback. They had all the records of my booking and efficiently passed the claim to Lastminute, who initially registered a reduced amount of cash back. Now, 6 weeks after my original booking the cash back claim has been rejected by Lastminute. I can see no reason for this and find it extremely annoying, especially as all other merchants I have used through Top cashback have responded well.

I booked a holiday through lastminute.com and while the holiday side has gone well, the cash back side has been a nightmare. It didn't track first time but to their credit TCB chased this up for me and after a couple of weeks, it got allocated. The merchant then 'unapproved it' (for no reason I can find), and the amount dropped from £167 to £0 so I have put another missing claim through. TCB have been doing everything they can so can't blame them at all. Hope it finally gets resolved.

had the best price for a **** hotel in London so already a bargain. got about 10% of the ex vat price back. didn't automatically track so had to nudge topcashback after a month and received payment after 4 months but it's essentially free money.
