after 3 weeks of waiting i filled in a missing commision claim and after that it was a further 4 weeks, then it came through and was even payable immediately. good work top cashback for chasing it up

Purchased home and content on 29/04, did not track, sent manual claim on 14/05 Received payment of £120 immediately today without having to wait for usual procedure of pending, confirmed and payable. Many Thanks TCB!

Eventually a success story. Applied for home and contents insurance 20th April, did not track, missing commission claim submitted 27th April. Eventually resolved with £120 awarded 2nd June. Amount payable immediately, so no need to wait for usual pending and confirmation periods.

Spent over £300 on the insurance, but it didn't track - like so many others. However, TCB came up trumps & I have just been awarded £120 after submitting a claim almost 3 months ago!! So don't give up if it happens to you.

Did not track initially and so needed an enquiry to be made. Eventually a positive result after a few weeks and cashback has now become payable.

Bought B+C Insurance 12th March Had £120 cashback 30th May after submittimg manual claim. I also had a refund the difference letter which I ignored and I also changed part of the cover on my policy by telephone a week after purchase which obviously has not affected my cashback entitlement. Initial quote was much cheaper than my renewal quote so the cahback is an unexpected bonus. Thanks to TCB for following it up.

Unfortunately cash back on this retailer failed to come through the second time I used them and hence I canelled the policy within the 14 day cooling off period

The purchase wasn't tracked & I had to submit a ticket. It took from the beginning of March to the end of May for it to be resolved so not impressed

Well, my claim didn't track and I had to submit a claim. It's taken about 2 months but got my £120 in the end so well worth waiting for! Thanks TopCashBack!

The cash back did not track automatically but Topcash back did a good job and I received the full amount £120 make sure you keep your quote references though as I had to search for mine and without them you have no chance

I took out buildings and contents insurance on 26th March but still no tracking of this on my account.I have told TCB but nothing seems to be happening.I have sent several nudges but still not showing.Received a refund the difference letter from Lloyds TSB but no £120.00.

BERTIEBOY - I too received such a form. Topcashback submitted my missing commission claim to Lloyds on 14th May, I received the form along with a letter from Lloyds dated 15th May. Too much of a coincidence methinks. I asked TCB about this and received this response: Date: Wednesday 21 May 2008 13:48 Hi, Apologies for the delayed response. In reply to your enquiry, we have no reason to believe that this form sent to you from Lloyds TSB is in any way associated to your missing cashback enquiry and can't confirm why it has been sent to you on thier behalf. It is however possible that following furher activities that may be connected to your transaction (such as changing some aspect of it or not undergoing some part of it online), you may inadvertently invalidate yourself for cashback however this isnt very common and may not apply in this case but I would advise that you get a definitive answer from Lloyds TSB regarding your cashback eligability should you choose to do this. As things stand, we cannot guarantee we will have your cashback we will continue to try and claim this sum via our normal methods. Should we be successfull in doing this we will update your account with the amount as soon as we have recieved it so there is nothing further to do on your part. with regards to success rate, Lloyds have been the more reliable of our retailers when it comes to sorting out missing cashback. Come one TCB - this rubbish tracking and payment from Lloyds House insurance has gone on long enough, without any rectification from TCB.
