DONT EXPECT PAYMENT rules changed.
I filled the form in on line, it failed!, after several attempts i managed it ! i waited for the track ...No tracking contacted web site, to look into it... 3 days later i get a form from Lloyds to fill in, called "Refund the differance" filled it in, sent it back with my AA renewal notice as requested, ...On the 10 April 08 letter received sorry your not eligible to claim, WHAT ??? Rung Lloyds guess what they say i was given a discount?? on the policy on application how very convenant, how do they do that on an on line application ??? and the "refund the differance" form should not have been sent! how very convenient! so word of warning they are changing the rules mid game.. no cash back now, only your hidden discount, wish i had stopped with the AA

The cashback awarded should be in addition to any online discounts the merchants provide, we're getting a lot of Lloyds cashback reported so it's still working, but unfortunately it sounds like it''s not done for you. You''''ve done the right thing by submitting a cashback claim through us and we''''ll now chase this up with Lloyds.
