	Bought tickets (over £600) twice from their website. Did not receive the first cash back! and now my second did not even appear, so will have to claim it manually so not sure if I will get anything this time. good company but if you state you give cahsback then please do otherwise why disappoint your clients???

	Didn't track so I submitted a manual claim form. Transaction eventually went through as Cashback: ZERO as it had been rejected by Lufthansa. Won't be using again :(

	This merchant repeatedly rejects the cashback claim . I have checked carefully that U have fulfilled the conditions. given the small percentage cashback (on the fare net of taxes/fees) it is not worth the time chasing up

	Every time I book this airline, it never tracks and I ALWAYS clear cookies before signing onto Top before proceeding. Then, a manual claim goes in, which is definitely handled well by Top. Their amount of cashback is measly anyway. Good airline overall, but shame getting cashback is never straightforward with them. On previous manually claimed cashback, Top had to keep going back to them as they would not respond to comms from Top. Nothing to do with Top....Top, we love you, just not Lufthansa for their slow cashback service :)

	I bought two tickets with Lufthansa via topcashback, each ticket for excess of £1000 on two consecutive and entirely separate occasions. Neither transaction was tracked and after making respective claims it shortly appeared on my account to very quickly be refused. Also had awful experience during both trips at Frankfurt airport transferred around the airport in a crowded bus. Never again, next time only option will be British Airways!

	Transaction tracked correctly but was then rejected for no good reason by the merchant. Thankfully Topcashback were able to get the cashback reinstated for me.

	I was a bit shocked to find only £7 in my cashback when I had been expecting about £27 until I realised that you don't get cashback on taxes and fuel supplements, just on the basic fare. Buyers beware!! Having said that, it's nice to get anything back!

	Small cashback which was tracked and paid promptly on several occassions. Top service from customer services. They have paid for two nights hotel accommodation in Munich when Heathrow closed due to severe weather conditions in December. I had to wait a couple of months for a response but they have made up for that. Nice result and a Happy customer.

	Cash back tracked no problem at all, flights costs £168, so thought I would get at least £3, where in fact I got 46p, it tracks the flight costs and not the total cost that I paid. Not very impressed

	If you ask me Lufthansa is hopeless.Top had to chase up cashback 3 times - Lufthansa came back to say the trip was cancelled.....Nothing was cancelled!! The flights were taken....I even have the passengers sat in front of me as I write!!! I give Lufthansa the lowest most rotten rating for not delivering the cashback they should....this has gone on long enough with their rotten procedure not to follow cashback. I would question that they are with Topcashback for free advertising. Hope other members have more luck than me!

	Not sure why the cashback is only on a third of the price I paid out, not so happy about that, but it is there so will wait to see if it pays out when it says it will.

	Terrible - after FIVE months of communication after having to manually track it, Lufthansa are still refusing to acknowledge the claim. Don't know why they bother signing up with TCB if this is the case!

	Tracked overnight despite using Paypal as payment conduit. Payable date 2 months after transaction. Commission based on the base fare which can be quite small (the cost before fuel surcharges, before credit card fees, before passenger service charges, before air passenger duty tax, before booking fees).

	Hmm. Tracked quickly but due to our friendly neighbourhood volcano in Iceland, I had to cancel, so may not get beyond this stage, but they were great about it, so I'd recommend them anyway.

	very poor so far. so sign of tracking, sent in report to topcashback also still no answer from them, nor update. Not the kind of German efficiency one would expect from Lufthansa!
