I wouldn't bother if I were you. I have lodged a couple of claims for missing cashback, and despite providing all the required informaiton, the merchant has declined it each time. It never traces automatically.

I found LH to be unreliable. Twice it tracked and got refused when all terms met. TC helped but got a lousy response back hence unpaid when all terms met my side.

Second time I have had cashback declined by this merchant for no reason. For the piffling amount they would pay it's hardly worth the effort!

A con. They don't pay out. They initially credited my account and then declined cashback, When I raised a complaint they said it hadn't tracked, which is nonsense as it initially tracked and credited my account!

I bought my flight yesterday. I tracked, but I'm going to review them before it even completes... Unlike other airlines I've used, Lufthansa only pay cashback on what they deem to be the ticket price. So, on a £398 flight, they claim the ticket only cost £13 earning me a massive 21p cashback. Honestly, might as well have not bothered.

Booked with Lufthansa via Topcashback, however, company declined TCB payment stating that TCB was not the last referral, however, this was definitely not the case just a company not honoring the agreements, Poor show from Luftansa
