Having paid £220 for a ticket, got less than a pound cashback. I know, no cashback on taxes and fees, but this effectively makes cashback 1/4th of advertised. On a positive side though - got it really quickly.

I bought 2 tickets in 1 transaction bus Lufthansa charges for them in 2 lines. You found this a perfectly valid excuse to adjust the cashback amount to 50% of what i paid. Not happy!

I wouldn't bother if I were you. I have lodged a couple of claims for missing cashback, and despite providing all the required informaiton, the merchant has declined it each time. It never traces automatically.
