	My first (and only, so far) failed transaction on this site after dozens of successful ones. ''Transaction cannot be traced'' is the explanation, although I did exactly the same as with transactions with other companies.

	Shame that the cashback is only on the basic ticket price, not on the taxes and fees etc. Other than that, a great merchant. Cashback tracked right away and was payable in just under 7 weeks.

	Don't expect to receive your cashback from this lot! Been on the flight I booked and came back. No problems at all with the booking, but they claim I cancelled my trip. I did not!

	Cashback tracked but then declined. Their explanation was that the order was cancelled which is untrue. Don't bother with them. Just book flights through other sites that demonstrate a more reliable cashback payment.

	Cashback did not track, manual claim raised which was declined by Lufthansa after 9 months. It's a tiny amount on offer, but why bother offering if you won't pay out?

	Cashback never tracks. I have booked almost a dozen flight with Lufthansa via topcashback and I probably have received cash back for 1 or 2 flights. Rather book with alternate agents and get cashback.

	Terrible experience, reported missing claim Topcashback initially reported they had now acknowledged the cashback but tracked as £0.00 re-opened ticket and now they are saying that they have found the transaction but could not identify was as a result of Topcashback! Have other issues regarding them changing the flight schedules too.

	No cashback tracked. Have raised manual claim but not expecting much based on other user comments. However would say that I very much enjoy Lufthansa and their service.

	Paid over £1600 for flights and after one year and many nudges have not received a penny in cashback Lufthansa is one of the few merchants I have used on TC who never payed up- Shame on you!!!

	Two major transactions done in the last 6 months, both are declined for cashback by Lufthansa WITHOUT reason given! Hence their "cashback" is just a joke/lie! don't bother buying from their website, you can bay their tickets via OPODO and WILL receive proper cashback (prices on opodo are the same or mayby 1-2 pounds more than on Lufthansa website, but they are very good in cashback!)

	Cashback refused by merchant despite booking flights through TCB following correct TCB procedure exactly. Would not book with Lufthansa for the cashback but would use again if flights were good price.

	I have booked several flights from Lufthansa through TopCashBack. All Cashback has tracked ok but was set to 0.00Gbp payable after I had taken the flights with no reason given. The same happened with other airlines from TopCashBack. I`m now waiting for an update from Lufthansa customer services but I don^t expect this to be quick. Either the conditions of the cashback should be updated to explain why the cashback is not elligable or these merchants should be removed.
