	Just bought Buildings and Contents insurance at a good price and it tracked instantly... very impressive! However I was expecting £23.10 Cashback and it only tracked at £18.90. Not sure why. I will wait and see if it changes!

	Bought Building and Home Contents insurance and presto, had the transaction confirmed as tracked within hours. Now have to wait for cashback.

	Very poor Cashback experience misleading as pending for a long while and then prior to the 100day claim period cancelled with no notice no notification from Topcashback or anyone and unfortunately outside of claim period now all t&c's met and should be entitled to cashback as no saved quotes etc etc. As per larger companies now, using every opportunity to not pay out. Avoid if you cannot monitor closely for the 100 days.

	So far, so good. I purchased Home & Contents Insurance. Price was best I found. I clicked through TCB which registered by visit and bought immediately. I did have to change the contents cover amount from £18k to £30k but no change to premium. I also added legal cover (extra £20). 24hrs later email to confirm £18.18 (as expected) is credited. Hopefully this will be paid idc. I will post again then. SusanL

	Took out buildings cover with LV on 19/09/12. Cash back £10, a little low but premium very good. Cash back tracked within 30 minutes and was paid out 21/01/13, some 92 days later. LV have never failed to honour a cash back deal. Excellent

	Failed to pay the cashback. Said that I had cancelled my insurance, which hadn't happened. Be careful with this company.

	Having used LV for 2 lots of car Insurance and my house Insurance for many years, I found that my claim for £20 cash back was rejected as it 'did not meet its terms and conditions'. I have claimed cash back from LV in the past with no problem. I agree with another comment that do not rely on LV to pay up if you already hold a policy with them. Buy the Insurance on the quote and any cash back is a bonus.

	Update: to summarise - I purchased home insurance on 2 June 12. It tracked quickly then disappeared from my account. Fortunately, I'd taken a screenshot of the tracking. TC advised me it was normal to put a claim 'on ice' for 90 days. I waited...and waited. Having chased this up two days ago (19 Dec) it appeared in my account as 'payable. I cashed it in immediately as I have no wish for it to disappear again. PS: In June the cashback was £35.00

	Do NOT purchase this product expecting cashback. I have been waiting since 2 June 12, over 6 months for cashback. I have lodged a claim but I am not holding my breath. Having paid in one annual fee, rather than monthly, there is no excuse for their faliure to honour their commitment. Very disappointing.

	Very easy site to use, and the price was very competitive. Worth noting that the amount of contents insured defaults to a low amount of £20000 but if you increase this to a more realistic figure, the premium remains the same. I was with L&V a few years back and had no problems at all so was happy to try them again. Cashback tracked immediately but obviously I know it won't pay up for at least 90 days which is understandable. I did encourage my son to go with L&V but his cashback didn't track however hopefully the manual claim will sort that out. I would certainly recommend L&V.

	LV were the cheapest Home Buildings Insurance (only £100 excess too!). It also tracked immediately at the expected £10.10. BRILLIANT! *Unlike the cursed AA who are awful by comparison!!!!!!!!!*

	Like a lot of people, I bought Home Insurance through LV then after a few months they declined it. Topcashback don't give an explanation for this which is poor service for their customers, but they have raised a claim although having read the other comments I won't hold my breath about recieveing my money

	Great insurance but FORGET THE CASHBACK!!! It simply doesn't happen. When it's too late to file a missing payment, LV declines it and you're left with £0.00!!!!!

	Having completed the details for a quote on line i was locked out of the site about half a dozen times, eventually i had to ring them to arrange cover resulting in no cash back for me. LV stated that it must be the cash back site and nothing to do with them.

	I took out building and contents insurance with LVE as they were the cheapest using all the comparison websites and even more so with the cashback which was shown to my account. However almost a year later and i'm looking to renew my insurance and despite this sites best efforts the cashback from LVE never appeared. I now found myself in the position where I am renewing my insurance and once again I find that LVE offer the cheapest quote and because of this I will buy their policy but I'm not holding my breath for them to pay out the cashback. It seems they have willingly reneged on the ir cashback agreement. My advice if you're going to buy an LVE policy is only to use them if they are the cheapest quote rather than relying on the cashback offer to make it even cheapest as in my experience its unlikely they'll pay out.

	I was originally refused cashback for this service even though I went thru them for my house insurance, which is almost up for renewal so gives you an idea how long I have chased this for. I had to do a lot of work to get the cashback I was due, but eventually it has been resolved.
