Reliable - tracked OK, goods arrived in fine time. I payed extra for a returns label which is a must when buying clothes online - the price of the clothes and level of cashback offsets the returns label fee many times over. Recommend this merchant!

cashback tracked at nil.Six months after raising a missing cashback claim still no response from the retailer. Have closed the claim because its not worth spending anymore time and effort on it. Take my advice and dont bother trying to get cashback from this company. I think even one star is too much for them.

Although my purchases through the merchant are good and delivery is quick i have never received any cashback after buying from them, i have not returned any of the products bought and have submitted missing cashback claims i have never heard anything back and not received any cash back.

Lots of positive comments, yet my last four transactions with this merchant (circa £200 of merchandise) have tracked perfectly until it becomes time to pay out. The figure turns to zero (NO PAYOUT).
TCB apply an exclamation mark to the entry with a global comment explaining that the merchant has rejected claim and that they do not provide an explanation, but it could perhaps be due to an offer, returns or discount code being used.
I may have used a delivery voucher code on one of the occasions, but for all four to be rejected, it simply isn't cricket!

good prices with this company but NEVER expect cashback. all my orders have gone directly to zero after six weeks. why do they bother advertising on topcashback.com who should drop them for abusing the cashback system

Quick delivery and good value items available. Just watch when ordering - the merchant has now started putting a cheeky little tickbox that adds a £1.49 returns label to your order but it isn't totally apparent that this is what happens until your order is confirmed and paid for. That said - when I called the following morning to contest it the customer service was very helpful and it was rectified quickly.

I have never received cashback from this merchant despite buying lots of items. Even if I send just one item back they cancel the cashback on my whole order which doesn't seem right or fair.
Despite that I love M&M Direct and will continue to shop with them.
