The quality is excellent,along with speed of delivery and prices. The BENCH boxer shorts were a very large size for the age, but otherwise, excellent all round.

You have to be a bit careful as clearly some of the very reduced items are reduced for a reason :) Either needing hand washing - which can be a pain with a large jumper and touch and go results, or for instance, shoes/boots can be a bit dodgey size wise.
The one thing that is annoying is that they take £1.99 as a return fee but then you find you can only use that service at an authorised shop - in my case a 12 mile round journey, costing £5 - so a waste of money.
