I also have spent a lot of money on this site, which I think offers very good value for the money. The problem is that they go and spoil it by offering cashback, then when it becomes payable it turns to 0.00p.

Cashback tracked fine until a few days ago when it has returned to zero. Filed a claim, so I will have to wait and see what happens. Looks like I have lost my cashback reading other comments regarding same problem.

Cashback tracked incorrectly so put in a claim. Have sent 8 nudges to TCB and no response in 5 months from either TCB or the retailer. I won't be using them again

was really pleased when I saw the prices from this retailer, cashback tracked within a few hours, great, however, it changed to £0.00 as soon as it became available, had major problems with the retailer after a few months returning goods that turned out to be of below par quality and got back less than I paid before even taking the cost of delivery and returns, which I had to pay for, into account, customer service was appalling, NEVER again.

Cashback tracked fine but was then changed to declined. I had planned on making another purchase but this has definitely put me off.
I'd advise anyone buying from M&M Direct to not delete their confirmation email until the money has been paid into their account.

I've used Mandmdirect a few times now, only once has it failed to track. Filed a cliam, and its all sorted. Really Good Customer Service, etc.

mandm sucks. they offer for cash back and thay offer cash pending in my account list but today its just gone n there is 0.0 cash back from them. they make them pending for the whole month n when i ve to get cash back they turned this into 0.

Another supplier who feels they can advertise a cashback and then mark it to zero as they feel they can. I could arrange an enquiry but for 70p, but I will just not buy from this supplier and take my business elsewhere. So what did M&M gain from taking my 70p = loss of my future business with Christmas coming up, and hopefully someone reads this and takes their business elsewhere. Nice one m&m!
