Probably one of my best if not the best cash-back experiences to date. 6% cash-back, order arrived very promptly was able to replace slightly faulty product in local store at no cost or without any quibble or hassle...excellent all round service and already categorised as payable...first class merchant, products, delivery, service and cash-back...

I have no complaints about the cashback tracking, but after accepting my order they then discontinued the item I wanted and only sent me a credit note for it! This couldn't be redeemed on the website - not very useful for internet shoppers like us! I had to write 2 e-mails and have now sent a letter asking them to refund my money in cash. I await this with bated breath.
