Tracked quickly and confirmed fairly quickly. The goods were faulty (dead on delivery) but I was able to exchange without fuss at a local branch of Maplin. Shame you can't use the cashback offer to order goods and pick up from a local branch instead of mail-order.

tracked quickly but not the right amount - tracked the amount of just 1 item that i bought and applied to percentage to 1 item only when in fact i bought 10 so actual cashback should have been 10 times the amount give to me
