The Insurance quote was great and the cover was especially good. So good in fact I switched from a well known Insurer who I had been with for 8 years. Docs received very quickly and cash back tracked and paid very quickly. Would highly recommend them.

After 2 weeks of purchasing, I had to make a claim for my cashback. It took about 1 week for the cashback to be confirmed. It's been about 2 weeks after that and my cashback is still sitting as confirmed. I don't know how soon Marks and Spencers Insurance will pay topcashback so that I can get my cashback payable to me.
Otherwise, Marks and Spencer Insurance quote was reasonable and easy. I bought car insurance but in the current recession climate, all insurances are becoming a little expensive. However, I recommend the company atleast to try and get a quote from.

bought 2 lots of holiday insurance only showing one lot of cash back at tne moment and not showing anything for the car insurance i purchased have put a claim in just waiting to see if i here anything back not holding my breath as i purchased car insurance last year with privilege should of got £70 back and got nothing still waiting the cash back team to get back to me after sending about 30 nudges

I took out two different insurances with M&S and one tracked straightaway. The other was not showing after a few weeks so I raised an enquiry. The amount then showed as confirmed almost immediately.
Very happy with M&S insurance from past experience. Even happier to be paid cashback for renewing!
