For 2 months my total for M and S appeared as £0 but eventually it came through. I did refer it to Cashback enquiries so don't know if I got it because of them or whether it would have come through anyway.

Very poor. Took out home insurance with M&S expecting about £28 in cashback and nothing has appeared. Have submitted a manual claim. Very disappointing indeed and will think twice before using M&S again.

Appeared as a 'pending' transaction very quickly but it took a while before it showed as confirmed. However I did not have to chase up the transaction and I wonder if the delay was due to paying by credit card.

The Policy that I took out was the same price, including Breakdown and KeyCover as others without the extras, amazing value considering they also came out in the top 10 of Auto Expresses best insurers.
The Cashback is the icing on the cake, the final test is to see if the payment makes the bank!

I am very disappointed with this company. I took out home insurance for over £200 and I expected to receive the cashback as stated, this has not happened. I have contacted top cashback but they have informed me that it could take upto 90 days, we only have 50 days in which to make a claim so be warned.

Found that M&S was cheapest using moneysupermarket.com so came here for cashback. It worked out more expensive going through here so went back to msm. Few days later found £35 cashback confirmed on this site!! So shop around!

Quick to track and pay out. Also M & S Car Insurance is a good package with RAC cover and key cover. I would recommend to friends and will look at their policies for other insurance products.
