Excellent system to purchase insurance. Simple and straightforward - none of the itemising personal possessions unless they are very expensive. The whole process takes only a few minutes to complete and in my opinion offering overall one of the best insurance cover on the market.

We took out our House Insurance with M&S through Topcashback after discovering they were the cheapest. It took over 6 MONTHS(!) to become payable and I doubted we would ever get it but it has finally come through. Good overall but not a quick way to make cash!

i took out car insurance with m&s in june 09 .cash back £35.00 .
i understand its 3 months to get the money .surely thats long enough for them to sort out and send the monies to everyone now its march 2010 and still nothing .
i saw in my account yesterday all zeros not £35.00 anymore
and all the signs pending ,confirmed etc
perhaps it means the £35.00 is finaly on its way to me ?!

cashback has tracked ok. can't comment any further as yet as it has not gone to confirmed or payable status.
Policy seemed to cover everything i needed, especially mountain bikes and other possessions when outside of the house anywhere in the world.

Takes ages. Insurance purchased in October but still showing as 'pending' 3 months later. It does advise you that it will take a while though.
